Every aspect of the tour's logistics is handled in detail. We coordinate travel and accommodation according to the artist's preferences. We keep an eye out on the show calendar to ensure timely flight bookings, saving costs where possible. We deep dive into flight routings with the help of travel agency partners, arrange VIP immigration services, book accommodation and confirm ground transportation.

We take a disruptive approach. We stepped away from the traditional music industry standards and adopted a model more common in progressive industries like IT. We believe in full transparency and pay-per-use. This means we do not work with percentages or hidden commissions. After our initial exploration convo, we will provide a modular pricing model that aligns with your touring volume and complexity.

Well, we do require occasional beauty sleep to stay sharp. Our advancing work happens during weekdays - business hours. We start ahead of time to save costs and to make sure we do not rush the process to maintain quality of work. However, we know the music industry does not stop. For our partners, we are always on standby for critical travel emergencies (like vulcano eruptions, tornadoes and cancelled flights) that could jeopardize a show. If there is a crisis on the road, we are there to solve it, supported by our travel agency partners.
